Our Story
Record Training and Compliance (RTC) was established in 2024 to help British Columbia workplaces strengthen practical first aid readiness through realistic, workplace-specific drills.
RTC Drills is built on more than 25 years of professional experience in workplace first aid instruction, mentoring, monitoring, scenario development and practical patient care. This extensive experience informs drills that examine how people, equipment, communication and workplace procedures function together during a simulated emergency.
RTC focuses on identifying strengths, potential gaps and practical opportunities for improvement. Its drills support workplace readiness and procedure review; they do not provide first aid certification or guarantee regulatory compliance.
